IoTReady - Uploading Child Item List

1. Select Child Items under Settings.

1. Select the option button (1)
2. And Select the “Import” (2)

1. Select the “ + Add Data Import ” button.
2. Document type should be Child Item.
3. Select Import Type as “Update Existing Records”  and click save 
4. Only If creating NEW SKUs, select Import Type as “Insert New Records”

For the import type:

1. If you are adding new SKUs, select Insert New Records
2. If you are updating existing SKUs, select Update Existing Records.

Important Note: You will see an error if any mandatory fields are missing

1. Click on Download Template to understand how the format should look like when uploading the child item Excel or CSV file.
2. Click the “Attach” button and upload the report.
3. Click save to start the import process.
4. Sometimes, your browser may freeze during this process (depends on laptop memory, OS and browser type). In this case, refresh the page.

1. After the import is successful, the child items will appear in the "Child Items" Doc.
