Thank you for your interest in the products and services of IoTReady. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from IoTReady (the “Physical Goods”). 

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, IoTReady will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable. 

What will we do to correct problems?

IoTReady, at its sole discretion, will replace or repair the Product, using new or refurbished replacement parts. The customer will be responsible for and will bear the cost of shipping the defective products to our workshop (address at end of this document).

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from us is 1 Year from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  2. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification
  3. Damage or destruction by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster
  4. Theft or loss of the Physical Goods
  5. Loss or damage to the Physical Goods while in transit to us.

This warranty also does not cover any incidental or consequential damages from use and/or failure of the product.

What do you have to do?

  1. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
  2. Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address stated below.
