IoTReady - Troubleshooting WiFi Configuration

Important Notice

Our device only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. 5 GHz is not supported. Please ensure that your Wi-Fi network is operating on the 2.4GHz frequency range before setting up our device for optimal performance.

If you encounter issues while using the USB method to configure Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:

1. Please make sure the Wi-Fi credentials are correct.
2. Check file name which is in the pendrive, it should be "wifi.txt".
3. Check if there is enough signal strength for Wi-Fi to connect (-40 dBm to -55 dBm).
4. Retry the USB Wi-Fi config 2 or 3 times.

    The wifi.txt file should be in this format and located directly in the root directory of the pendrive, without being contained within any folders.
